We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful retreat in a great location. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy, "make yourself at home" atmosphere. The rooms were just as lovely as they appeared in the photos. The retreat was conveniently close to town but still peaceful and quiet. The price was reasonable for the amazing experience we had. Highly recommended!

Wow wow wow, where do I start We were greeted by Sally on arrival.Sally was so friendly it felt like we had known her for years. Our room was out of this world, it was big, super clean, lovely bed, Spa bath, fridge, coffee tea, Microwave, well stocked fridge, iron and board, hairdryer, Sally and her husband really put everything in the rooms to make ones stay SIMPLY THE BEST. Breakfast was not rushed in the mornings, when you ready Sally prepares your meal for you and many choices on hand. We even had smoothies FREE wi-fi which was fantastic, considering most hotel in Aus wi-fi is available but at a charge I would highly recommend Newberry Manor to all
Only one negative, WE SADLY HAD TO LEAVE, as our holiday had come to an end.

The location of this retreat is excellent, with the beach and town centre just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beds and lovely garden views. The bathroom is well-equipped with thoughtful toiletries and a spa bath for ultimate relaxation. The communal lounge area with a warm fire offers a perfect space to unwind and meet other travelers.
Some guests reported that the fire was not lit during their stay, which could be disappointing for those looking forward to a cozy atmosphere.

Just about everything from the service/ friendliness/ attention to detail to the most relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The location of Newberry Manor was perfect; Geographe Bay, Cape Naturaliste, Margaret River wineries/ olive oil factory, breweries, fine dining, countryside etc. The host, Sally, was exceptional and always willing to help in any way!
Absolutely nothing.

The location of the retreat is ideal, with a nice stroll into town center and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and quiet. The amenities, such as the log fire, complimentary port, and lollies in the communal area, add a nice touch to the stay.
The towels provided in the rooms were stiff and uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. Excellent bathroom. There was a great choice for breakfast and everything was freshly made. Free WiFi that worked well. Management was very friendly, serviceminded and helpful in discussing/suggesting what to see on the days outing. I would definitely like to stay there again.

I had a truly luxurious and relaxing stay at this beautiful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the freestanding bath was a magnificent touch for some extra indulgence. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, lighthouse, and stunning coastline. The staff were so friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the breakfast options. It would be great to have some more equipment available in the shared lounge area, such as knives, a chopping board, and serviettes.

This place was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail. The suite was huge and beautifully decorated, with a spacious bathroom featuring a luxurious spa bath and double sinks. The kitchen area was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and even a coffee machine. We loved the shared lounge area with a TV and the outdoor BBQ was a bonus. The private outside terrace was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely garden. The location was convenient, just a short stroll to the main shopping area. The self-check-in process was easy and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. this charming and character-filled retreat exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!
